About Ascentor
We exist because
drift is a choice.
Ascentor is the official daily platform of The Elevation Summit movement, built for purposeful individuals who have decided to build lives of meaning, leadership, and lasting impact.
What We Are
Not a platform.
A movement with a platform.
Most products optimize for engagement. Ascentor optimizes for transformation. We measure success not by time spent on the platform but by the quality of the lives being built by the people on it.
The Elevation Summit is the annual gathering where the movement comes alive in person. Ascentor is where it lives every other day of the year.
The Circle
A global community of purposeful individuals holding each other accountable.
The Coach
AI-powered development support, available whenever you need to think clearly.
What We Believe
The convictions we build on.
Purpose is built, not found
We do not believe in waiting to "discover" your purpose. Purpose is constructed through deliberate confrontation with your own capacity and calling.
Character is the foundation
No strategy, skill, or network substitutes for character. We build around the conviction that who you are determines what you build.
Community accelerates everything
No person ascends alone. The quality of your community determines the ceiling of your growth. We are intentional about who is in The Circle.
The individual and the nation rise together
We believe that building purposeful individuals is the highest form of nation building. Africa needs built people, not just resourced ones.
The Founder
'Posi Ajiboye
'Posi Ajiboye is a Nigerian technologist and founder. He is the creator of Ascentor, the purposeful living and leadership development platform that serves as the official home of The Elevation Summit, and the founder of Guardsmann Technologies, a multi-arm technology company spanning security, digital wellness, AI automation, and web development.
His professional roots are in cybersecurity and application security, where he holds CompTIA Security+ and is a member of ISACA. That background shapes how Ascentor is built: with the conviction that a life, like a system, should be designed deliberately; its foundations examined, its weaknesses confronted, its integrity defended daily.
He built Ascentor because he grew up inside the crisis it exists to solve. He watched capable people drift, not for lack of ability, but because no one had ever shown them what a built life looked like, or challenged them to think architecturally about their own existence. Ascentor, and the Summit it gathers around, is his answer: a generation of people, beginning in Nigeria and extending everywhere, who refuse to drift.
"A life is the only system you cannot patch after it ships. Build it deliberately."
