Inaugural Gathering · 19 November, 2026
The Elevation Summit 2.0
One gathering. One decision. The rest of your life. The Elevation Summit is a one-day convening for people ready to stop drifting and start building. It is where the right question, the right conversation, and the right community meet. Be in the room in Lagos or join us from anywhere in the world. Either way, you will leave with a clearer sense of who you are becoming and what you are building.
Registration is free. Donations help fund the Summit and Ascentor's wider work.
What It Is
Not a conference.
A defining moment.
The Elevation Summit is a deliberate interruption of the ordinary rhythms of life. To ask the questions that drift never allows: Who am I becoming? What am I building? What will remain when I am gone?
Not a Motivational Spectacle
The Summit does not exist to excite you for 72 hours and send you home unchanged. It exists to send you home more built than you arrived.
Not a Networking Event
You will meet extraordinary people. But the purpose is not connection for career advancement - it is the encounter with others who have chosen the same ascent.
Not a Conference
There are no passive attendees. Every person in the room is a participant - challenged, accountable, and choosing, in real time, who they will be.
SUMMIT THEME
The Rise We Choose
The rise is not an accident; it is a decision. The Elevation Summit is the space where you choose it, in person or with us virtually.

Who Attends
Purposeful individuals at every stage of ascent.

The Seeker
Still finding the thread. Coming to the Summit to name what has been unnamed and commit to the direction.
The Builder
Already building. Coming to the Summit to be sharpened, challenged, and surrounded by people who understand the ascent.
The Leader
Responsible for others. Coming to the Summit to think at the level their position demands and to invest in the next generation of builders.

Voices shaping the room.
